Migraine Essential Oil Blend

Migraine Essential Oil Blend is a powerful blend of Peppermint, Spanish Sage, Cardamom, Ginger & Sweet Fennel essential oils. This combination of oils works together by providing anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, soothing, stress relieving & stimulating properties. These are all important factors in relieving migraine symptoms.

Suggestions for use:

Topical:
• Dilute 1-2 drops with a few drops of a Carrier Oil of your choice. Apply to the back of neck, behind ears, on temples or other pulse points as needed.
• Inhale directly from the bottle.
• Add 3-4 drops to a warm, wet washcloth and use as a compress. Being careful to keep it out of the eyes.

Aromatic:
• Place 4-5 drops in your favorite diffuser.
